Guest Speaker Joannie C. Chang
Joannie C. Chang is a Contract Compliance Officer with the San Francisco Office of Labor Enforcement (OLSE), with primary responsibility for implementing and enforcing the City's Health Care Security Ordinance. A graduate of New York University School of Law , Ms Chang clerked for the United States District Court , District of Massachusetts, and has practiced employment law at Equal Rights Advocates, The Legal Aid Society Employment Law Center, and the Asian Law Caucus. In addition to litigating Title VII and FMLA/CFRA cases, she has drafted, testified, and lobbied for passage of the first comprehensive paid family leave law in the nation.

Greg Asay is a Senior Analyst for the San Francisco Office of Labor Standards Enforcement (OLSE). Prior to joining the OLSE, Greg worked as a Legislative Assistant for San Francisco Supervisor Sophie Maxwell,serving as lead staff on Policy initiatives in the area of labor standards, economic development,and land use. Greag has a Maters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelors Degree in English Literature.
